.MOV is a line of tops and tunics inspired by late 19th century artist Eadweard Muybridge and his groundbreaking work in photographic studies of motion and motion-picture projection. This early discovery of motion pictures is revamped through cyan, magenta, and yellow designs are printed on breathable white cotton.
Sydney Prusso is a Graphic Design major studying at the Maryland Institute College of Art. Inspired by her recent introduction into the world of motion graphics, she set out to apply images of movement onto fashion garments. She uses garments as a blank canvas for pictures of moving bodies, thereby animating both the garment and its wearer.
